Yeni bir bilgisayar aldım.
  • İşlemcim i3-10105F
  • Ekran kartım RX550 4 GB
  • RAM'im 1x8 GB 2400 MHz
  • Anakartım ASUS Prime H510M-K 2.0
  • İşletim sistemim Windows 10 Pro.

Sorunum şu: Bilgisayar neredeyse bir haftadır elimde ve sürekli mavi ekran hatası ile karşılaşıyorum. Bunun yanında Google'da hay aksi hatası, bağlantı hatası ve uyarıları alıyorum; bazen de aniden tarayıcıdan ve PC'de olan bazı programlardan atıyor.

Sistemde Power Supply (güç kaynağı) dışındaki tüm parçaları, aynı ya da farklı modelleriyle değiştirip teker teker denedim. Aynı zamanda yabancı forumlar, yerli kaynaklar, YouTube ve Google gibi platformlarda araştırma yaparak, hatta yapay zekadan da destek alarak gördüğüm her çözümü denemeye çalıştım.

Hem BIOS ayarlarını hem de sistem içi diğer ayarları kontrol ettim ve yapılacakları yaptım. Bilgisayardaki bazı kabloları bile değiştirdim ancak yine de çözüm alamadım.

Windows'u 11'e yükseltmeye çalışırken ya da Windows 10'u tekrar indirirken de hata alıyorum. Merak etmeyin, aklınıza gelebilecek her türlü yükleme yöntemini deneyerek yaptım ama yine sonuç alamadım. Ayrıca sistemimdeki her türlü sürücü, aygıtlar ve driverlar günceldir.

Artık ne yapacağımı bilmiyorum. Geriye sadece Power Supply'ı değiştirmek kaldı. Sizce bunu da değiştirsem sorun çözülür mü, yoksa sizin bildiğiniz ama pek popüler olmayan bir yöntem var mı?

Çözüm
Ya diğer RAM'ler de bozuktu ya da işlemci soğutucu aşırı sıkılmış. Ya da işlemci bellek kontrolcüsü arızalı.

İlgilendiğiniz için sağolun hocam. Sabah soğutucuyu gevşetip denerim olmadı işlemci ve RAM'i tekrardan değiştiririm mecbur.

Ya diğer RAM'ler de bozuktu ya da işlemci soğutucu aşırı sıkılmış. Ya da işlemci bellek kontrolcüsü arızalı.
Hocam cevap verdiğiniz için size, @Recep Baltaş ve @14925 çok teşekkür ederim. Dediğiniz gibi denediğim diğer RAM'ler de sıkıntılıymış. Yenisiyle değiştirince sorunum çözüldü. Demek ki bazen böyle şeyler olabiliyor şans işte.

RAM'leri değiştirmeyi denedin değil mi? Bahsettiğin sorunlar %90 ihtimalle RAM kaynaklı oluyor çünkü. Anakartının işlemci yuvası sağlam mı? Bazen RAM slotlarıyla ilgili olan pinlerde eğilme falan olunca stabilite bozulabiliyor diye hatırlıyorum.

Anakartım önceden H410M-D modeliydi farklı RAM'leri o anakartta farklı slotlarda teker teker denedim çözüm olmadı şu anda H510M-K anakart var aynısını bunda da yaptım ancak yine sonuç yok. Bir müddet kullandımmı ya da herhangi bir oyun yüklerken veya bazen de kendi kendine veriyor. Mesela Epic indirirken verdi sonra onu bir şekilde yükledim ardında Epic'ten bir oyun indirirken verdi sonra Steam'de CS2 de verdi bazen googla'da nerflerken de veriyor.
 
amdkmdag.sys kaynaklı görünmüş hatalardan biri. MEMORY_MANAGEMENT ve PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA mavi ekran hatası (Minidump raporlarındaki) genelde RAM kaynaklı oluyor. AMD sürücüsü ile ilgili bir sorun olma ihtimali de var diyecektim ki Windows kurulumu esnasında bile sorun yaşadığınızı söylemişsiniz. PSU modeli neydi? Ayrıca ekran kartında donanımsal bir sorun olma ihtimali de var. Farklı ekran kartı ile denemiş miydiniz?
 
Bellek testi yapar mısın? Hatalardan birinde de ekran kartı var ama o da bellek kaynaklı olabilir.

Kalitesiz bir PSU, küçük bir ihtimal de olsa PSU kaynaklı olabilir. Ancak kesinlikle MemTest86 denemenizi öneririm. Yaşadığınız hatalar yoğun olarak RAM kaynaklı oluyor çünkü.
 

Peki abi ama Windows bellek tanılama ile mi yoksa Memtest86 ile mi yapayım Memtest ile yaparsam çok üzün sürerde.
