Windows 11 24H2 kullanıyorum. Dün akşam herhangi bir problem yoktu; ancak şu an 1-2 saatte bir mavi ekran ya da yeşil ekran hatası alıyorum. Belki düzelir diye KB5041865 güncellemesini indirmeye çalışıyorum, fakat en fazla %60'a kadar geliyor ve hata verdiği için baştan başlıyor. Microsoft Update Catalog üzerinden manuel olarak indirip kurmayı denedim, fakat yine aynı sorunla karşılaştım.

Hata genelde amdppm.sys kaynaklı gibi.

  • Başlat menüsünü aç
  • regedit yaz.
  • Çıkan "Kayıt defteri düzenleyicisi"ne sağ tıklayıp yönetici olarak çalıştır de.
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\amdppm yolunu izle.
  • Start girdisinin değerini 4 olarak değiştir.
  • PC'yi yeniden başlat.

Çözüm
Deneyecektim fakat Windows sürekli Update esnasında kapandığı için dosyalar bozuldu. Otomatik onarım ile onarmayı denediğimde hata veriyor. Geri yükleme noktası vardı fakat kendi kendine silinmiş. Elimde format USB'si yok ve bu bilgisayarı sıfırla özelliği çalışmıyor.
