Merhaba,

Bilgisayarımda mavi ekran hatası alıyorum fakat tam olarak sebebini de çözebilmiş değilim. Aslında sorun günlük kullanımlarımda, ya da oyunlarda olmamakta. Sadece CPU-Z, HWiNFO gibi sistemi ayrıntılı görebileceğimiz birkaç program açılırken ya da açıldıktan sonra bu şekilde bir hata vermekte. DOCP profilini kapatıp denedim, sürücülerim güncel ve sistemde de herhangi bir OC bulunmamakta. Ayrıyeten sistem dosya bütünlüğü için olan SFC işlemleri ve restorehealth şeklinde olan kodları da kullandım onlar ile de bir çözüme ulaşamadım. 24H2 26100.2161 sürümünü kullanmaktayım.

AMD işlemcimiz C1 moduna geçişte sistem takılıyor. Hang durumda olduğu için bu geçişi kaydedemiyor ve bu tip kayıtlar için Windows'un önerdiği süre azdır. Bu geçişi fark ettikten sonra sistemi güncelliyor ve haliyle sistemin bir zaman aşımına düştüğünü fark edip mavi ekran veriyor Peki suçlu sürücümüz ne bu durumda? PPM. Bu C1 modu için aylar önce kısa bir bilgi yazmıştım, merak ediyorsan buraya bakabilirsin. Kısaca işlemcinin güç planlarıdır. C1 ise düşük güç modudur. Bunlar bizim çökmemizin yaşandığı iş parçacığında yaşanan olaylar değil, dediğim gibi döküm yetersiz olmasa daha açıklayıcı bir yazı sunardım. Devam edip 2 iş parçacığı ham yığınına baktığımda ise:

Normal şartlarda tek önerim C planlarını devre dışı bırakmanı istemek olurdu. Ama bu arkadaşları kullanmadığım durumlarda mavi ekran yemiyorum demişsin de. Eğer illa merak ediyorsan devre dışı bırak. Ethernet sürücünü de güncellemelisin. Güncelse bile kaldırıp tekrar kurmalısın.
Söz konusu yazılımların son sürümünü mü kullanıyorsunuz? HWInfor genelde çakışan bir sensör okuması varsa uyarıyor. Uyarı verdi mi hiç?

Genelde direkt pencereler kapatılamaz şekilde kalıp sistem donması ya da bu şekilde mavi ekran ile sonuçlanmakta herhangi bir uyarı vermemekte. HWiNFO güncel sürümde sorunsuz çalıştı. Ek olarak CPU-Z'nin güncelinde hata vermekteydi, eski sürümlerinde denemek istedim. İlginçtir ki 2.10 ve daha eski sürümlerde herhangi bir sorun yaratmazken 2.11 ve 2.12 güncel sürümünde bu şekilde mavi ekran vermeye devam etmekte. Dump dosyasında gözüken net bir sorun da yok ise benim için yeterli sizi de fazla uğraştırmak istemem çünkü günlük kullanımda bir sorun bulunmuyor.

AMD işlemcimiz C1 moduna geçişte sistem takılıyor. Hang durumda olduğu için bu geçişi kaydedemiyor ve bu tip kayıtlar için Windows'un önerdiği süre azdır. Bu geçişi fark ettikten sonra sistemi güncelliyor ve haliyle sistemin bir zaman aşımına düştüğünü fark edip mavi ekran veriyor Peki suçlu sürücümüz ne bu durumda? PPM. Bu C1 modu için aylar önce kısa bir bilgi yazmıştım, merak ediyorsan buraya bakabilirsin. Kısaca işlemcinin güç planlarıdır. C1 ise düşük güç modudur. SS uygulamasına ait bir sürücü, muhtemelen mouse için kullandığın. Intel Ethernet ve Ekran kartı sürücülerin. Ekran kartın güncel sanırsam ve bu olayın ne zaman başladığından da haberim yok.

Normal şartlarda tek önerim C planlarını devre dışı bırakmanı istemek olurdu. Ama bu arkadaşları kullanmadığım durumlarda mavi ekran yemiyorum demişsin de. Eğer illa merak ediyorsan devre dışı bırak. Ethernet sürücünü de güncellemelisin. Güncelse bile kaldırıp tekrar kurmalısın.
 
Çözüm
Merhaba, teşekkürler. MEMORY.DMP olmadığı için de dökümler yetersiz. Elimizdeki dökümlerin mevcut olarak suçladığı 4 sürücü var.

AMD işlemcimiz C1 moduna geçişte sistem takılıyor. Hang durumda olduğu için bu geçişi kaydedemiyor ve bu tip kayıtlar için Windows'un önerdiği süre azdır. Bu geçişi fark ettikten sonra sistemi güncelliyor ve haliyle sistemin bir zaman aşımına düştüğünü fark edip mavi ekran veriyor Peki suçlu sürücümüz ne bu durumda? PPM. Bu C1 modu için aylar önce kısa bir bilgi yazmıştım, merak ediyorsan buraya bakabilirsin. Kısaca işlemcinin güç planlarıdır. C1 ise düşük güç modudur. Normal şartlarda tek önerim C planlarını devre dışı bırakmanı istemek olurdu. Ama bu arkadaşları kullanmadığım durumlarda mavi ekran yemiyorum demişsin de. Eğer illa merak ediyorsan devre dışı bırak. Ethernet sürücünü de güncellemelisin. Güncelse bile kaldırıp tekrar kurmalısın.

Öncelikle uğraşınız ve bu kadar ayrıntılı olarak açıkladığınız için teşekkür ederim. C-state ayarları takribi 2 yıldır kapalıdır bende siz söyleyince ilk işim onları BIOS üzerinden açarak denemek oldu fakat sonuç vermedi. Ardından yine BIOS üzerinden Wi-Fi ve Bluetooth kontrollerini de devre dışı bıraktım fakat yine devam etmekteydi. En sonunda Ethernet sürücüsünü denemek istedim ve sorun çözüldü. ROG forumlarında ASUS anakartları için genel bütün sürücüleri paylaşan ve bunları güncelleyen insanlar bulunmakta. Bende bulunan I211 için forumda paylaşılan ve kurulu olan güncel sürücü 14.0.6.0 iken, az önce Intel'den kurduğum güncel sürücünün 14.0.5.0 olduğunu fark ettim. Beta bir sürücü paylaşılmış orada sanırım bu da sorunlara yol açmış.
