Sistem, dxgkrnl.sys bir grafik aygıtını devreden çıkarırken VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR (0x113) vererek çöktü. Yığın izlemesi (stack trace), çökmenin DirectX grafik çekirdeğinin aygıt temizleme sürecinin bir parçası olan DXGDEVICE:estroyAllDeviceState içinde meydana geldiğini gösteriyor. Çökmeyi başlatan işlem, masaüstü grafiklerini yöneten explorer.exe idi. Bu tür bir ölümcül hata genellikle bozuk bir grafik durumu, hatalı veya eski bir ekran kartı sürücüsü ya da bir GPU donanım arızası tarafından tetiklenir. Hata denetimi (bug check) parametreleri, hatanın dahili DirectX çekirdek nesnelerine (aygıt yapılarına ait işaretçiler/pointer'lar) özgü olduğunu gösteriyor ve 0x2b olan ilk parametre, bu çökme sınıfı için belirli bir alt kodu ifade ediyor.
