Merhaba. Bilgisayara format attıktan sonra hem FPS düşmesi oldu hem de aşırı derecede oyundan atmak ve mavi ekran vermeye başladı. Tekrar format attım ama sorun aynı şekilde devam ediyor sürekli ve artık bilgisayardan soğutma noktasına geldi. PUBG, Rainbow Six gibi oyunlarda en fazla 5 dakika durabiliyorum sonra hata verip oyundan atıyor ya da mavi ekran veriyor.

Bütün mavi ekran hataları ortak noktada birleşiyorlar. Grafik yönetimi ve bellek erişim ihlalleri.

Ekran kartına WHQL ibareli bir sürücü bulman lazım, gerekirse eski versiyon olsun.

Ayrıca XMP/DOCP/EXPO -artık hangisi ise- açıksa eğer onu kapatıp Memtest86 ile test edip sonuçları paylaş. 4/4 PASS geçerse, aç bir kez daha test et.

Elimden gelir dersen sarı pinlerini sert bir silgiyle siliver kartı, RAM'leri incitmeden. Silgi kalıntısı da bırakma. Geri tak sonra.
 
Daha önce temizlemek için yapmıştım bayağı bir süre geçti ama elinden gelir yapabilirim. Oyundan atma konusunda çözer mi?
Önce bir mavi ekran işini çözelim de. Sen dediklerimi bi yap hele.

Zaten oyundan atması da bir hata. Mavi ekran dediğin, kritik bir hata ile karşılaştığında, Windows'un ve bilgisayarının zarar görmemesi için kendini koruma mekanizması.
 
Bu tip 0x3B hataları genelde:
  • Grafik sürücüleri (NVIDIA/AMD/Intel)
  • Üçüncü parti yazılımlar (ekran kaydedici, overlay yazılımları, tema modlayıcılar vs.)
  • RAM/işlemci kararsızlığı (özellikle XMP açıkken)
  • Windows çekirdeğinde bozulma (bozuk sistem dosyaları, eksik update)
kaynaklı olabilir.

Sisteminizden tespit edilen bilgiler​

  • Anakart: ASUS TUF GAMING B560M-PLUS

  • RAM: 2×8 GB Patriot DDR4 3200 MHz (ama SPD’de 2667 MHz görünüyor → BIOS/XMP ayarı olabilir)
  • BIOS: 1601 (2022-05-07, biraz eski ).

İkinci döküme baktığımızda 0x50 win32kbase.sys hataları genellikle:
  1. Ekran kartı sürücüsü (en büyük şüpheli – cursor/event handling GPU tarafıyla ilişkili).

Üçüncü döküm: Bu tür 0x1E (Access Violation) + MiGetPage/MmAccessFault hataları genelde üç kaynağa işaret eder:
  1. RAM kararsızlığı / bozulma
    • Özellikle yüksek frekanslı (3200 MHz) RAM modülleri ama anakart/CPU IMC (Memory Controller) tam stabil değilse.
    • Stack’teki ZeroFault / ResolvePrivateZeroFault → sayfa ayırma ve sıfırlama aşamasında hata → RAM yazma/okuma kararsızlığı ihtimali çok yüksek.
  2. Bozuk sürücü / oyun anti-cheat
    • PUBG’nin BattlEye / Tencent anti-cheat gibi driver’ları kernel memory manager ile etkileşiyor.
    • Eğer anti-cheat yanlış memory hook yapıyorsa, Mi* fonksiyonları sırasında crash olabilir.
  3. Windows çekirdek bug / Insider build
    • Build numaranız 26100.4768 (ge_release, 24H2/Insider tabanlı).
    • Bu build’de memory manager tarafında crash raporları olmuş.

Ve Son Dump Analizindeki Önemli Noktalar​

  • Faulting IP (Instruction Pointer): nt!KiTimerExpiration
    → Bu, zamanlayıcı rutininde çöktüğünü gösteriyor. Yani doğrudan ntoskrnl.exe değil, arka planda çalışan bir sürücünün tetiklediği bir problem var.
