Gigabyte App Center açılmıyor

Arkadaşlar kafayı yemek üzereyim son 1 haftadır dikkat etmedim açılmıyordu. Bugün fan ayarını değiştirmek için programı açmayı denedim açılmadı sil yükle yaptım, Revo ile tamamen sildim. sfc /scannow ve dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth yaptım fakat hala aynı delirmek üzereyim. En kötü ihtimal BIOS ile fan ayarını değiştirebilirim fakat bir ayar için sürekli restart atmak istemiyorum yardım edin lütfen.

İşlemci ve egzoz pinini ayarlamam lazım. Sıv açılsa de yeterli aslında fakat sildiğim için geri yükleyemiyorum.
Edit: Egzoz da işlemci fanı da 4 pin PWM ile çalışıyor.

App Center gözüküyor, zaten sistemi ilk topladığımda chipset dahil her şeyi kendi sitesinden yükledim.
