Masaüstü fotoğrafını değiştirmek için ekran görüntüsü aldım sonra bilgisayar dondu ve mavi ekran verdi. Hatayı falan göremedim çok hızlı geldi gitti şu an bir şey yok bilgisayar çalışıyor. Ben böyle şeylerden korkarım bu yüzden soruyorum.

Bu hata, çok sık rastlanılan bir hata kodu değil, dosyasında da bu hata koduna sebep olan sürücü belli değil. ARG1 kısmındaki hata koduna dikkatli bak:

Burda anlatılan şey, soruna sebep olan sürücünün belirlenememesi. Zaten bu hata kodu, ilgili mavi ekran dosyasının spesifik olarak oluşturduğu hata kodlarından biri de değil. Aldığın mavi ekranın sebebi temelinde, soruna sebep olan sürücünün yanlış bir adrese ulaşmaya çalışarak sayfa tablosu girdilerini bozmuş olması.

Hata kodunun açıklamasında da yazıyor; Bilgisayar\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management kayıt defteri adresine, TrackPtes adında bir anahtar ekleyip DWORD değerini 3'e ayarlarsan ve ardından sistemi yeniden başlatırsan tekrar aynı hata koduna sahip bir dosya oluşması durumunda soruna sebep olan sürücü belli olacak diyor.

Yani, yukarıda denileni yaparsan soruna sebep olan sürücüye bakabiliriz.

CMD'yi yönetici olarak başlatıp SFC /scannow komutunu yazmayı deneyebilir misin?

Tekrar bir problem yaşarsan tekrar minidump paylaşabilir misin?
