intelppm.sys, ACPI C-State geçişlerinde HvRequestIdle çağırmış. Bu çağrı başarısız olduğunda sistem çöküyor. - Donanım ya da BIOS bug'ı:
Yeni çıkan donanımların BIOS’larında ilk sürümlerde böyle ciddi hatalar olabilir.
Çözüm Önerileri
1. Geçici olarak Windows’taki Hyper-V benzeri özellikleri devre dışı bırakmayı deneyin:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype offArdından sistemi yeniden başlatın. Sorun çözülürse, hata Hyper-V – donanım çakışmasından kaynaklanıyor demektir.
Geri almak isterseniz:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto
2. Bu, işlemci uyku modlarını etkileyebilir ama çökme durabilir:
reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\intelppm" /v Start /t REG_DWORD /d 4 /fYeniden başlatın. Bu işlem intelppm.sys sürücüsünü yüklemesini engeller.
3. MSI MEG Z890 ACE için BIOS sürümünüz (1.A60) çok yeni.
