Yapay zeka muhteşem cevap verdi buna ve uyguladım. Bakalım sonuç değişecek mi ama yarın zaten format atarım muhtemelen.

Aldığınız HYPERVISOR_ERROR (0x20001) mavi ekran hatası, sistemdeki Intel işlemci güç yönetimi sürücüsü (intelppm.sys) ile Hyper-V ya da benzeri sanallaştırma özellikleri arasında bir çakışmaya veya uyumsuzluğa işaret ediyor.

Hata şuna işaret ediyor:

intelppm.sys → HvRequestIdle → HvcallInitiateHypercall → Çökme<br>

Yani işlemci boştayken (C-State) düşük güç moduna geçerken intelppm.sys üzerinden yapılan bir hypercall başarısız oldu ve sistem çöktü.


✅ Olası Nedenler​

  1. Yeni BIOS ile uyumsuzluk:
    BIOS sürümünüz çok yeni (1.A60 - 08.05.2025) ve muhtemelen yeni çıkan Intel Core Ultra 9 285K işlemciniz için. Bu işlemcilerle ilgili microcode, ACPI tabloları veya güç yönetiminde sorun yaşanabilir.
  2. Hyper-V veya başka bir sanallaştırma aktif:
    Dump'taki bayraklara göre sistemde Hyper-V veya başka bir hypervisor çalışıyor (Hypervisor.RootFlags.IsHyperV = 1).
  3. İşlemci güç yönetimindeki çakışma:
    intelppm.sys, ACPI C-State geçişlerinde HvRequestIdle çağırmış. Bu çağrı başarısız olduğunda sistem çöküyor.
  4. Donanım ya da BIOS bug'ı:
    Yeni çıkan donanımların BIOS’larında ilk sürümlerde böyle ciddi hatalar olabilir.

🛠️ Çözüm Önerileri​

1. Geçici olarak Windows’taki Hyper-V benzeri özellikleri devre dışı bırakmayı deneyin:​

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
Ardından sistemi yeniden başlatın. Sorun çözülürse, hata Hyper-V – donanım çakışmasından kaynaklanıyor demektir.

Geri almak isterseniz:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto


2. Bu, işlemci uyku modlarını etkileyebilir ama çökme durabilir:​

reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\intelppm" /v Start /t REG_DWORD /d 4 /f
Yeniden başlatın. Bu işlem intelppm.sys sürücüsünü yüklemesini engeller.


3. MSI MEG Z890 ACE için BIOS sürümünüz (1.A60) çok yeni.​

  • Bir önceki kararlı BIOS sürümüne geri dönmeyi düşünün. Özellikle sistem kararlılığı sorunu yaşıyorsanız bu denenebilir.


4. Yeni nesil CPU’lar (Ultra 9 285K gibi) için erken BIOS sürümlerinde bu tip düşük seviyeli hatalar sık görülür.
BIOS sürümünü, işlemci modelini ve bu dump'ı MSI teknik desteğine doğrudan iletmenizi öneririm.

IntelPPM sürücüsünü devre dışı hale getirirseniz işlemciyi C0 stateine kitlemiş ve Windows'un işlemci üzerindeki bütün güç yönetimi yetkilerini devre dışı haline getirmiş olursunuz. Bu yüzden güç tasarrufu özellikleri çalışmayacağı gibi işlemci turbo frekansına da geçmeyecektir. IntelPPM'i devre dışı bırakmak Hyper-threading'i, e-core'ları, birden fazla CCX arasında thread dağılımını ciddi manada etkiler. ChatGPT 1.A60 sürümüne çok yeni demiş ama MSI 3 gün önce 1.A70 sürümünü yayınladı. Bu BIOS aynı zamanda 0x118 microcode'una sahip. Ona geçin:
