Herkese merhaba. Ben 3 ay önce yeni bir sistem aldım ama çeşitli sorunlar yaşıyorum. Bu sebeple aldığım yer ile iletişime geçmeye çalıştım ama aldığım yer hala bakmıyor, ben de buraya yazayım dedim. Öncellikle bilgisayar 6 saatte bir mavi ekran veriyordu Windows 10'da. 7 kere format attım ama yine sonuç aynıydı. YouTube'dan video izliyorum Error Code : STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION hatası veriyordu, bazen de Error Code: STATUS_BREAKPOINT oluyordu.
Steam'e giriyordum yeniden başlatıyor, Rust oyuna giriyordum açılmıyor ve direkt kapanıyordu. Görev Yöneticisi'nden baktığımda ise Easy Anti-Cheat olarak gösteriyor ve öyle kapanıyordu. Mavi ekran hatalari aklımda yok ama fotoğraflarını çekmistim, bunlar devam edince ben de Windows 11'e geçmek istedim lakin geçemedim çünkü hata veriyordu. Bunun üzerine ben de ISO indirdim ama yine hata veriyordu.
SSD değistiğimde Windows 11 kurabildim ama bu sefer de 13 dakikada bir mavi ekran vermeye başladı. İlk mavi ekran kodu CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (ef) idi. Ardından 2. mavi ekrandaysa Memory ile ilgili olduğu yaziyordu, 3.mavi ekranda driver ile alakalı olduğu yazıyordu vs. Discord yeniden kendi kendini başlatıyor 7 saniyede bir kere. Kısaca sorunlarım bunlardır. Yardım ederseniz çok sevinirim. Teşekkürler şimdiden.

Sorunun hala cozuldugu anlamina gelmiyor bu. Dedigim şey her şey tekrar ayni, eger 7 saat sonra mavi ekran verirse 13. saati bekleyeceğim. Eger o zaman vermez ise mavi ekran sorunu belki de cozuldu olarak kabulleneceğim.
