Merhaba,

Yaklaşık son bir aydır sürekli bir mavi ekran hatası alıyordum. Tüm driverları sıfırdan temizledim kurdum, DDU ile ekran kartı driverını silip tekrar kurdum RAM'leri değiştirdim farklı RAM'ler taktım, GPU değiştirdim farklı bir marka GPU taktım fakat ne yaptıysam bilgisayarımda sürekli mavi ekran verdi. Sonrasında formatladım ve temiz bir kurulum yaptım fakat yine mavi ekrandan kurtulamadım. Daha öncesinde açılan konularda minidump dosyalarında hata görünür diye belirtilmişti fakat hatayı bir türlü bulamadım. Minidump dosyalarını buraya bırakıyorum. Sorun konusunda bir bakıp destek olabilir misiniz?

Çözüm
14900KS sorunlu bir platformdu ve mutlaka BIOS güncellemeniz gerekiyor. Ama 2023'ten beri hiçbir güncelleme yapmamışsınız.

BIOS güncellemesini sağladım, benzer bir hata alırsam güncelleme yapacağım konuya, ilginiz için teşekkür ederim.

Merhaba,
Uzun zaman sonra bir güncelleme yapıyorum bios güncellemesinden sonra yaklaşık 2 ay boyunca sorunsuz ve sıkıntısız kullanım sağladım fakat son bir aydır nadiren de olsa tekrardan mavi ekran hataları ile karşılaşıyordum.
Son iki günde ise 6 defa mavi ekran hatası ile karşı karşıya kaldım.
