I'm deliberately writing the sentences in English so you can understand the exposure. Take that sentence for example, the simplest example. Translate it, for example. Take the words and write them on a piece of paper. Just doing these isn't enough. Practice often. Talk to others regularly. You'll learn more easily that way.

Some schools has an activity called MUN where students pretend to be as countries. They also speak English plus they find solutions for problems such as drug trafficking or our people's safety. And also sometimes they bring you to universities to debate with other students. I got 2 certrificates from it. But especially private schools love that stuff alot since they need to do an advertisement.
It can be done that way. It will improve your English speaking, socialize, and solve your self-confidence problem.

You're choosing a country for example Mexico. And you have to represent yourself as a delegate of Mexico. You have to research alot of things about this country.
