Minidump.
Sistem temizliği yapıyordum bir anda mavi ekran verdi.
Fiziksel temizlik değil sistemsel temizlik. Geçen de daha boot etmeden mavi ekran verdi ve sınama modu açıldı.
 
Çözüm
Vanguard kaynaklı gibi bu hata. Bir de Windows'un güncel değil gibi: 10.0.19041.1
