Merhaba,

XPG 8 GB DDR5 5600MHz CL46 bu RAM'leri dual olarak kullanıyorum, neredeyse 8-9 aydır hiçbir mavi ekran hatası almadım ama son 2 haftadır neredeyse her gün alıyorum. Memtest86 sonucuna göre 1 adet hata var, bu direkt donanımda sorun olduğunu ve yeni bir RAM kiti almam gerektiğini mi gösterir?

Test XMP ve EXPO kapalı iken yapıldı. Yardımlarınız için şimdiden teşekkür ederim.

RAM kitlerini teker teker test etmeyi denediniz mi? BIOS'unuz güncel değilse BIOS güncellemesi yapmakta da fayda var.

Ayrıca sisteminizin diğer özellikleri nedir? Minidump dosyalarını da paylaşabilirseniz çok iyi olur.
 
RAM'leri teker teker yarın test edebilirim, test 2 saat sürüyor:) Bugün aldığım mavi ekran için minidump dosyası yok. Ayarlardan mavi ekran olunca yeniden başlat tikini kaldırmıştım, ondan olabilir. Son iki günde aldığım dump dosyalarını ekledim.

Ekran kartı sürücülerinizi DDU ile kaldırıp tekrar kurun.
İlk dosyadaki bellek adresine bakarsak ''nt!RtlpHpAllocateHeap'' komutunun kullandığı adres "fffe9b0c`0c202028" non-canonical'' adres çünkü bit dönmesi olmuş. Memtest86'da gözüken adresin kullanılmış olması muhtemel çünkü onda da bit dönmesi var. Burada GPU daha çok gariban olarak kalmış.
