Merhaba,

3 gün önce yeni bir sistem topladım ancak oyunlarda sürekli mavi ekran hatası alıyorum. Sorunun kaynağını bulmak için çeşitli testler yaptım:

  • RAM'leri Memtest86 ile test ettim, herhangi bir hata ile karşılaşmadım.
  • SSD'nin sağlığını kontrol ettim, herhangi bir sorun görünmüyor.
  • DDU kullanarak ekran kartı sürücüsünü tamamen kaldırdım ve ardından WHQL onaylı sürücüyü yükledim.
  • RAM'lerin XMP (EXPO) profilini devre dışı bırakıp bu şekilde de denedim.
  • Dün gece Windows'a temiz bir kurulum yaptım.

Tüm bu işlemlere rağmen hala mavi ekran hataları almaya devam ediyorum ve sorun bir türlü çözülmüyor.
Mavi ekran sırasında oluşan dump dosyasını da ekledim, yardımcı olabilirseniz çok sevinirim.

Bu hata özelinde sorun Shenzhen 8Bitdo Tech Co., Ltd. kontrolcüsü kaynaklı gibi ama sistemde genel bir stabilite sorunu olabilir.

Merhaba,

3 gün önce yeni bir sistem topladım ancak oyunlarda sürekli mavi ekran hatası alıyorum. Sorunun kaynağını bulmak için çeşitli testler yaptım:

  • RAM'leri Memtest86 ile test ettim, herhangi bir hata ile karşılaşmadım.
  • SSD'nin sağlığını kontrol ettim, herhangi bir sorun görünmüyor.
  • DDU kullanarak ekran kartı sürücüsünü tamamen kaldırdım ve ardından WHQL onaylı sürücüyü yükledim.
  • RAM'lerin XMP (EXPO) profilini devre dışı bırakıp bu şekilde de denedim.
  • Dün gece Windows'a temiz bir kurulum yaptım.

Tüm bu işlemlere rağmen hala mavi ekran hataları almaya devam ediyorum ve sorun bir türlü çözülmüyor.
Mavi ekran sırasında oluşan dump dosyasını da ekledim, yardımcı olabilirseniz çok sevinirim.

Bu adımları denedikten sonra hala sorun devam ediyorsa, donanım uyumsuzluğu olabilir.
 
Bu hata özelinde sorun shenzhen 8BitDo tech co. LTD. Kontrolcüsü kaynaklı gibi ama sistemde genel bir stabilite sorunu olabilir.
