Merhaba, bilgisayar elime geçtiğinden beri ilginç bir şekilde mavi ekran hatası alıyorum. Ancak bu hatanın neyin tetiklediğini hâlâ çözemedim. Sürekli olmuyor; gün içerisinde 1-2 kez karşılaşıyorum. Genellikle Chrome'da dizi izlerken, bölümler arasında geçiş yaparken gerçekleşiyor. Ancak belki de o bölümde uzun süre vakit geçirdiğim için denk gelmiş olabilir.

Mavi ekran hatası aldıktan sonra, aynı işlemleri yapmaya devam ediyorum fakat tekrar bir hata ile karşılaşmıyorum. Yani tam olarak neyin tetiklediğini anlayabilmiş değilim.

Çözüm
İhtimaller dahilinde açıkçası. Stabiliteyi bozuyor olabilir. Bir ekran kartı takmadan PSU'yu zorlamanız zor.
Bilgilendirme için yazıyorum: XPG RAM'lerini iade ettim ve yerine Corsair Vengeance RAM'leri satın aldım. Dün elime ulaştılar. Bilgisayarı o zamandan beri hiç kapatmadım ve daha önce yaptığım işlemlere aynı şekilde devam ettim. Şu ana kadar hiç mavi ekran hatası almadım. MemTest her ne kadar sorun olmadığını gösterse de, sanırım asıl sorun RAM'lerdeymiş. Umarım bundan sonra mavi ekran hatası yaşamam.

İmkanınız varsa başka bir PSU ile deneyin. İŞlemcinin de sorunlu olma ihtimlai var tabi.

Bir de AMD GPU sürücüsü güncel mi?
Resimdeki uygulama haricinde başka bir uygulama olup olmadığını bilmiyorum, ancak her şey güncel görünüyor. Ne yazık ki farklı bir PSU ile deneme şansım yok. Başka bir yöntemle olasılıkları eleme şansımız var mı?

Prime95 ve Furmark gibi yazılımlarla test edebilirsiniz. Prime95 Small FFTs en iyi testtir işlemci için.
Sizin söylediklerinizden sonra internette biraz araştırma yaptım ve çoğu kişi sorunun PSU kaynaklı olabileceğini söylüyor. Peki PSU’yu test etmek için nasıl bir yöntem izlemeliyim? OCCT ile bir stabilite testi yeterli olur mu? Bu arada kullandığım PSU 850W gücünde ve sistemimde ekran kartı bulunmuyor. Buna rağmen güç kaynağıyla ilgili bir sorun yaşanması mümkün mü?
 
İhtimaller dahilinde açıkçası. Stabiliteyi bozuyor olabilir. Bir ekran kartı takmadan PSU'yu zorlamanız zor.
Bilgilendirme için yazıyorum: XPG RAM'lerini iade ettim ve yerine Corsair Vengeance RAM'leri satın aldım. Dün elime ulaştılar. Bilgisayarı o zamandan beri hiç kapatmadım ve daha önce yaptığım işlemlere aynı şekilde devam ettim. Şu ana kadar hiç mavi ekran hatası almadım. MemTest her ne kadar sorun olmadığını gösterse de, sanırım asıl sorun RAM'lerdeymiş. Umarım bundan sonra mavi ekran hatası yaşamam.
