Merhaba arkadaşlar. Geçen haftalarda yeni laptopuma Windows 24H2 güncellemesini yaptım fakat saçma sapan yerlerde mavi ekran yemeye başladım. Sistem hantallaşmış gibi oluyor. Laptopla mı alakalı yoksa yazılımsal mı anlayamadım. Bilgisayarımı 1.5 ay önce aldım ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX507ZC4 modeli var bende. Özellikleri:

  • Intel Core i5 12500H
  • NVIDIA RTX 3050 4 GB
  • 2TB NVMe M.2 SSD
  • 32 GB DDR4 RAM
Basitçe laptopum bu. Yardımcı olursanız sevinirim. Çok alakasız yerlerde mavi ekran oluyor. Örneğin oyun falan oynuyorum bayağı bir şey yok laptopu kapatıp bir yere gidiyorum gelip YouTube'a girip bir videoya tıkladığımda mavi ekran yiyebiliyorum. Çok saçma, anlam veremedim.

Normalde vermemesi lazım. Eğer bu sebepten dolayı hata veriyorsa dahili GPU‘nun sürücüsünü de güncelleyin. Ayrıca cihazın BIOS’u güncel değilse onu da güncellemenizi tavsiye ederim.

Hocam benim laptop Dual GPU. Normal kullanımda Iris Xe kullanıyor, şarja takıldığında veya oyuna girildiğinde RTX 3050'yi kullanıyor. Acaba bunları değiştirirken bazen hata veriyor olabilir mi?

Normalde vermemesi lazım. Eğer bu sebepten dolayı hata veriyorsa dahili GPU‘nun sürücüsünü de güncelleyin. Ayrıca cihazın BIOS'u güncel değilse onu da güncellemenizi tavsiye ederim.
