Mavi ekran hatası aldığınızda DMP uzantılı Minidump dosyaları oluşur. Bu mini bellek döküm dosyalarının analiziyle mavi ekran hatalarının sebebi genelde tespit edilebilir.
Dosyaları paylaşmak içinC:\Windows\Minidumpdizinine gidip buradaki dosyaları kopyalayın. Sonrasında ister doğrudan masaüstüne, ister masaüstündeki bir klasöre yapıştırın ve yapıştırdığınız dosyalara sağ tıklayıp "ZIP dosyasına sıkıştır" seçeneğini seçin.
Bu aşamadan sonra oluşan ZIP dosyasını güvenilir bir dosya paylaşım servisi aracılığıyla paylaşabilirsiniz. Birkaç popüler servis:
