PUBG'de oyuna giriş yaptığımda, ilk ya da ikinci oyuna girerken oyun aniden çöküp masaüstüne dönüyor. Yabancı forumlarda BIOS üzerinden sanallaştırmayı kapatarak bu sorunu çözenlerin olduğunu okuyunca ben de denedim; fakat daha kötü oldu. Bu sefer oyuna girerken, lobideyken ya da oyun sırasında sürekli mavi ekran hatası almaya başladım. Eğer mavi ekran hatası almazsam, maksimum 5 dakika kadar oynayabiliyorum; ardından oyun yine çöküyor.
Neredeyse denemediğim bir şey kalmadı. Aşağıda denediklerimi sırasıyla yazıyorum:
- Steam üzerinden oyun dosyalarının bütünlüğünü doğruladım.
- Oyunu tüm dosyalarıyla birlikte kaldırıp sıfırdan yükledim.
- DDU kullanarak grafik sürücüsünü kaldırıp yeniden yükledim.
- Windows'u sıfırdan kurdum.
- BIOS'tan sanallaştırmayı devre dışı bırakarak denedim.
- Windows güvenlik duvarı'nı kapatarak denedim.
- .NET Framework'ü güncelledim.
- DirectX 11, 11 beta ve 12 ile denemeler yaptım (oyun içinden).
Bilgisayarı ilk topladığımda günlerce, hatta haftalarca hiç kapanmadan oyun oynayabiliyordum. Şu anda ise PUBG bile oynayamıyorum. Bu arada, Forza Horizon 5 gibi başka oyunlarda herhangi bir sorun yaşamıyorum.

İşlemci sıcaklığım, oyun esnasında maksimum 56 dereceye ulaşıyor. Ekran kartı sıcaklığım ise 73 derece seviyelerine kadar çıkıyor. Ekran kartı, Asus TUF serisiBIOS'tan XMP kapatıp dener misin? Bu da olmazsa çift modül RAM varsa birini çıkar öyle dene. Bir de sıcaklıklar ne durumda oyundayken?
Teşekkür ederim, sorun çözüldü. XMP profili devre dışı bıraktım. Ayrıca işlemci frekansını manuel olarak 4.1 GHz'e sabitlemiştim; bu ayarı varsayılan (otomatik) moda aldım. Ardından iki oyun test ettim. Şu anda sistem, arka planda antrenman modunda sorunsuz şekilde çalışıyor.
