O Hz ile o Hz aynı değil.Kimi kaynak 100Hz diyor kimisi 400 diyor ama hiç inanasım gelmiyor 60Hz bile olduğundan şüpheliyim.
Vertical frequency refers to the amount of complete images that can be displayed per second, while horizontal frequency is the amount of single lines of pixels that are changed per second. As far as I know, only CRT monitors actually move a pointer that draws a picture line-by-line while modern flatscreen monitors change every pixel at the same time. The refresh rate on modern monitors simply depends on the amount of time it takes a pixel to change from one color to another.
