BIOS güncelleyeceğim. Buradan tekrar bilgi vereceğim.

BIOS'tan AMD on board ekran kartını kapadım. Ek olarak EXPO - D.O.C.P Profili enabled ve EXPO tweaked ayarında çalışıyor.

Ben sistemi aldığımdan beri sorun yaşıyorum. Oyun oynarken ekran saving moda geçmiş gibi siyah ekran geliyor, fanlar son hız dönüyor veya siyah ekran geldiğinde Skype vb. çalışıyor ama sonra kendiliğinden reset atıyor makine. Bu hatalar 10 gündür olmuyor. Şimdi sadece bu mavi ekran hatasını alıyorum. Gerçekten uğraşmaktan yoruldum ve desteğe ihtiyacım var

DP kablo, kullandığım prize kadar değiştirdim ve bir yandan upgrade ihtiyacım var.

Sistem özellikler şu şekilde;
  1. ROG X870e Hero ASUS Crosshair (Eski anakartım arızalandığı için bunu aldım. Önceki anakartta mavi ekran almamıştım ama siyah ekran sorunları vardı.)
  2. Ryzen 7 7700 (Daha önce garantiden değişti reset ve boot sorunu vardı ama yeni işlemi OCCT test başarılı, şu an idareten kullanıyorum, ek olarak 360 mm sıvı soğutma takılı. Upgrade edeceğim X3D geçeceğim)
  3. F5-6000J3238G32GX2-TZ5NR / G.Skill 64 GB (2x32 GB) Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5 6000MHz CL32 1.40V PC RAM (Memtest86 ile 4 saat civarı test ettim sonuç başarılı. Ek olarak TestMem5 gibi vb. programlarda baktım. Sorun yok gözüküyor.)
  4. Ekran Kartı ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12 GB GDDR6X OC Edition ( daha önce FurMark testinde siyah ekran verip resetliyordu, servis macun ve bakım yapıp yolladı. Başka sorun görülmedi. Bazen yeniden başlat dediğimde Beyaz LED Q panel 97 hatası alıyorum, sanırım monitörüm çok çabuk saving moda geçiyor.)
  5. Sistemde Samsung SSD'ler kullanıyorum. 970 EVO Plus, 980 Pro ve 990 Pro. Samsung Magician ile sağlık durumları ile ve Firmware'ler güncel.
  6. PSU = Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 1000W Gold 80Plus kullanıyorum.
  7. Monitörde LG 850B nano var 2K monitör - 4 senedir kullanıyorum
  8. Windows 11 24H2 kullanıyorum güncel.
PSU veya ekran kartından şüpheliyim. Garantileri devam ediyor ama hangisi sorunlu donanımsal mı ya da başka bir şey mi var bilmiyorum. Artık işin içinden de çıkamıyorum. Sistem stabil çalışmıyor. O nedenle bu DMP dosyalarını analizini istedim cevabınız için teşekkür ederim başka ne önerirsiniz?

Garantiye göndersem acaba gerçekten iyi incelenir mi? Thermaltake'in servisi yurt dışında sanırım.

ATX 3.1 gen 5.1 bekliyorum sanırım 2025'te gelir yaygınlaşır bu konuda önerebileceğiniz bir marka var mı?

Ek olarak artık PSU’larda Coilwhine çıkması benim canımı sıkıyor. Son zamanda kalitesiz ürünler üretiliyor.

EXPO kapatınca 4800 MHz'e iniyor RAM'ler, EXPO ayarı hiç açmadan 4800 MHz’de mi kullanayım? Ayar açınca 6000MHz'e çıkıyor, çok fazla FPS oynamaz sanırım ya da ben hissettmem

Bir sürü EXPO kapalı kullan ama sorun devam ediyorsa muhtemelen güç kaynağında sorun.
