Bilgisayarım birden donuyor. Hiçbir şekilde tepki vermiyor. Fare ve klavye çalışmıyor. Kasadan kapatmak zorunda kalıyorum.

  • Farklı RAM denedim yine değişen bir şey yok.
  • Windows 11 ve Windows 10 denedim, EXPO'yu kapattım değişen bir şey yok.
Bilgisayarı kapatırken veya yeniden başlatırken de ya logoda donuyor ya da logo 4 dakika boyunca dönüyor ve ardından mavi ekran "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" hatası veriyor.

Ayrıyeten anakartımda 1-3 slotuna RAM takınca kesinlikle ekran gelmiyor. Debug LED "AB" hata kodu veriyor. 4'lü RAM denedim fakat yine ekran alamadım aynı hata ile karşılaştım.

2 tanesi G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 16x2 6000 MHz CL32, 2 tanesi ise G.Skill Trident royal 16x2 6000 MHz CL28. Her türlü kombinasyonu denedim sadece 2 ve 4. slotta ekran alabiliyorum. 1 ve 3'e RAM takılı ise ekran gelmiyor. Anakartımda arıza mı vardır sizce? Aynı anakartı alanlar hiç donma/kitlenme yaşamamış. Çözümü bilen var mı? Eğer anakart ise garantiye göndereyim. Alalı 2 ay oldu.

Çözüm
Arkadaşlar anakartım arızalı çıktı. Fakat bunu servis değil, ben anladım. Amazon üzerinden aynı anakarttan sipariş verdim. 3 haftadır kullanıyorum, hiçbir donma/kitlenme yok.

Bunun haricinde serviste aynı şekilde mavi ekran hatası almış. Fakat sorunun kaynağını bulamadıklarından dolayı, olayı benim üzerime yıkarak "oyun kaynaklı hata var" dediler.

14.05.2025'te azami 20 iş günlük servis süresi doldu. Vatan Bilgisayar ile iletişime geçtim. Yasal haklarımı kullanarak iademi istedim. Fakat yardımcı olmayacaklarını ilettiler.

Tüketici hakem heyetine başvurdum. Şu anda 25. iş günündeyiz ve hala anakart teslim ettiğim mağazaya ulaşmadı. Buna rağmen paramı iade etmemekte ısrar ediyorlar ve halen aradığımda “yardımcı olamıyoruz, tüketici haklarına başvurmuşsunuz, süreci beklemelisiniz” diyorlar. Acayip komikler.

ServisPoint adlı servis firmasına minidump dosyalarını, videoları gösterdiğimde, bendeki belgelere göre işlem yapamayacaklarını, “bizler burada hata almazsak anakartın sorun yoktur” deyip çıkışı yapılır dediler. Anakarttaki mavi ekranı gördüklerini söylüyorlar fakat kaynağını bulamadıklarından dolayı oyuna bağlıyorlar :)

Siz siz olun bu tarz bir durum ile karşılaşırsanız hiç servis ile uğraşmayın. Tüketici hakem heyetine başvurun. Bakalım sonuç ne olacak.

Şunu da aktarayım: Servis süresi, satıcıya bildirim tarihinde veya servis istasyonuna ulaştığında başlar. Vatan Bilgisayar bunun aksini iddia edip bana “satıcıya bildiriminde başlamaz, servis istasyonuna ulaştığında başlar” diye ısrar ediyor :)

Sonuç, başta da belirttiğim gibi: Amazon'dan aldığım MSI X870E Carbon Wi-Fi kullanıyorum ve hiçbir sorun yok.

Not: 2 kez servise verdim. Birincide mavi ekran almamışlar. İkincide mavi ekran almışlar.

Dediğinizi yaptım maalesef hala aynı kapatılıyor ekranında donuyor birden.

Geçenlerde forumdaki paylaşımım üzerine yeniden mavi ekran hatası aldım. Bilgisayarı yeniden başlat dedim ve 4 dakika boyunca yeniden başlatılıyor ekranında dönüyor, ardından mavi ekran hatası veriyor. Bu bilgisayarı kapat dedikten sonra da aynı şekilde ekranda dönüp duruyor ama hiçbir şekilde kapanmıyor. Neden mavi ekran vermiş olabilir? Minidump dosyasını aşağıya bırakıyorum. Şimdiden yardımlarınız için teşekkürler.

Bir de 3. slota tek RAM takınca PC açılıyor mu? RAM yuvalarından bir tanesinin çalışmaması işlemcinin soğutucunun aşırı sıkılmış olduğu anlamına gelebilir.

Bir de 3. slota tek RAM takınca PC açılıyor mu? RAM yuvalarından bir tanesinin çalışmaması işlemcinin soğutucunun aşırı sıkılmış olduğu anlamına gelebilir.

Merhaba,

Servise göndermeden once RAM'leri EXPO kapalı denedim RAM slotları çalıştı. Fakat donma/kitlenme ve mavi ekran yaşamaya devam ediyordum. Servise gönderdim. Servisten anakarta tüm donanımların test edildiğini ve anakarta 1000 defa reboot işlemi yapıldığını fakat sorun göremediklerini iletmişler. Bugün anakartı Vatan Bilgisayar'dan aldım. Yeniden deneyeceğim ama sorun ağ sürücüsü kaynaklı anakart değil de neden olabilir anlam veremiyorum.

Bu durumda sorun işlemci kaynaklı olabilir. İşlemcinin bellek kontrolcüsü arızalı olabilir.

RAM'leri çalıştırdık bir şekilde EXPO'yu kapadım 3. slottan da görüntü alabildim. Fakat sistem kitlenmeleri ve mavi ekran hatası almaya devam ediyorum. Servise gönderdim anakartı sorun yok deyip göndermişler ama ağ sürücüsü hatası neden kaynaklanabilir ki onu geçtim bilgisayar kilitleniyor aniden. 2. kez servise gönderdim anakartı şimdi.

Aynı anakartı kullanan birçok kişiyle görüştüm onlar hata almadıklarını ilettiler. Buna istinaden arıza anakartta diyebiliriz sanırım artık? Sürücü olarak güncel ve eski versiyonlu olarak denedim aynı hatayı aldım. Windows 10 - winsows 11 denedim yine aynı. Ethernet portlarını tek tek devre dışı bıraktım. Yine aynı hatayı aldım.

Servise gidip minidump dosyasını ve sorunu yaşadığım An'a ait videoları göndermeyi teklif ettim. Fakat kabul etmediler. Bizler buradaki testlerde sorun almazsak ürünü iade edemeyiz dediler. Benim sorunum öyle bir sorun ki, FPS veya diğer sistem stabilitesinde sorun yok. Bilgisayar kilitleniyor arada ve bilgisayarı kapatırken ya kitleniyor/donuyor ya da siyah ekranda 4 dakika dönüp mavi ekran veriyor.

Memtest 64 yaptım. Sorun çıkmadı. Bunun haricinde kuzenimin DDR5 RAM'lerini denedim yine aynı sorunu yaşadım. Sorun RAM kaynaklı değil teyitlemiş olduk. Her iki RAM modülüde anakarta uyumlu. Kuzenimin sistemde hem kendi RAM'i hem de benim RAM'lerim stabil çalışıyor. Mavi ekran donma ve kilitlenme gibi problem yaşamamış. Kuzenimin anakart modeli de MSI X670E Gaming Wi-Fi.
