Yaklaşık 1.5 sene önce Amerika'dan aldığım Acer Nitro 5 bir süredir devamlı şekilde DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL hatası veriyor. Ara ara mavi ekran alıyorum ara ara da herhangi bir hata kodu bile alamadan bilgisayar güce bağlı olsa da olmasa da kendini kapatıyor. Acer forumlarında yazan birçok şeyi denedim ama hiçbiri çözüm olmadı. Windows 11 olan bilgisayarıma 0'dan Windows 11 kurdum fakat aynı hatayı almaya devam ediyorum. Bilgisayarıma format attığım için yaklaşık 30 kereden fazla yaşamış olsam da elimde sadece 2 dump dosyası bulunuyor. Dump dosyalarını kendim okumayı denedim ama pek anlayabildiğim söylenemez. Sadece gördüğüm diğer dump dosyalarına göre fazla büyük oldukları ve dump dosyalarında OS kısmında Windows 10 yazıyor oluşu.

Bu problem 1.5 aydan uzun süredir hayatımı mahvediyor, ödevlerimi teslim edemiyorum, gittiğimiz bir yarışmada dahi ekip arkadaşlarımın bilgisayarını kullanarak devam edebildim. Pes etmeye çok yakınım fakat yeni bir bilgisayar alacak bütçeye sahip değilim. Herhangi bir çözüme açığım.

BIOS'u 2.13 sürümüne güncelleyin ama bence sorun donanımsal. Cihazın servis görmesi gerek.

Acer'ın internet sitesine seri numarasını girerek BIOS için güncel sürümlere bakıp 2.13'ü yüklemeyi denediğimde "This platform does not Support IHISI interface." hatası aldım. 2.12 ve 2.05 sürümlerinde de aynı hata devam etti. Cihaz yurt dışından satın alındığı için de servise götürdüğümde yaşanacak trafiği düşünerek vazgeçiyordum ama başka çarem kalmadı gibi duruyor. Bu cevabı yazarken da biri mavi ekranlı olmak üzere 2 çökme daha yaşadım, yeni minidump dosyalarını da ekliyorum. Cevap için çok teşekkürler.

Son gelişmeleri şöyle aktarayım;

Dün gece bilgisayarıma format atmadan önce de gördüğüm ama hurafe olduğuna inandığım Riot Vanguard'ın da soruna sebep olabileceği ile alakalı yazı aklıma geldi ve bütün dosyalarını kaldırdım. Bu olaydan sonra cihazın şarjı tam dolu olduğunda çıkartıp %20lere geldiğinde tekrar şarj işlemini başlatarak 6 saat kesintisiz dizi izleyebildim fakat bilgisayar en ufak bir zorlanmada(XCOM 2 Launcher'ını açılması gibi) kendini kapatıyordu. Sabah itibari ile verdiğiniz cevaba istinaden doğru model ile BIOS'u güncellemeye çalıştım, BIOS güncellemesi yapıldı ama ek bir güncelleme daha yaparken bilgisayar yine kendini kapattı(Bu güncelleme sırasında fanlar en yüksek RPM değerleri ile çalışıyordu.) BIOS güncellemesinden sonra işlemci ile alakalı birkaç sürücü ile beraber bütün sürücülerimi tekrardan güncelledim ve kontrol ettim. Bellek testini yapmak istediğimde de bir flash belleğe ihtiyacım olduğunu öğrendiğim için şimdilik Acer Care Center'dan kontrol ettirmekle yetindim. İstanbula döndüğümde ilk işim bunu yapmak olacak. Acer Care Center ise hiç bir sorun bulamadı. Hala Opera'da birkaç sekme, Discord ve Spotify arasında dönüşümlü şekilde bilgisayarı kullanıyorum. Bir süre sonra daha ağır kullanıma geçerek sistemi tekrar test edeceğim.
