Valorant oynarken süreki aynı hatayı alıyorum ve genellikle her gün 1 ya da 2 kere almaya başladım bu hatayı. Ekran kartımdan kaynaklanıyor gibi geliyor yeni super serisi kartlar çıkınca onlardan birine geçiş yapmayı planlıyorum zaten. Şu an yapabileceğim bir çözüm var mıdır?

    • BIOS: American Megatrends 1.A82, çıkış tarihi 14 Temmuz 2025 (güncel sayılır).
    • RAM: DDR5 6000MHz (F5-6000J3038F16G) — yüksek frekanslı.
    • VHF aygıt kimliği: (VHF\HID_DEVICE_SYSTEM_VHF...) → PnP bağlamında sanallaştırma/VBS/VHF etkisi olabileceğini gösteriyor.

En muhtemel sebepler (öncelik sırasıyla):

  1. AMD mikrocode ile sanallaştırma/hypervisor özelliklerinin (VSM/VHF/VBS) uyumsuz etkileşimi sonucu çekirdek takılması.
  2. CPU ayarlarının dengesizliği (PBO/OC/XMP/çok yüksek bellek frekansı) → belirli yüklerde çekirdek kitlenmesi.
  3. BIOS/mikrocode hatası > BIOS güncel olsa da mikrocode yamaları ve vendor hotfix’leri kritik olabilir.
  4. Yüksek IRQL seviyesinde çalışan hatalı sürücüler veya VBS/hypervisor ile etkileşime giren antivirüs/güvenlik sürücüleri.
  5. Nadir donanım arızası (CPU/anakart) > düşük ihtimal ama olasılık var.

Yapılacaklar (sıra ile):

  1. Hypervisor/VBS kapat ve test et (hızlı, geri alınabilir):
    • Yönetici olarak CMD aç ve bu komutu gir:
      bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
    • Sonra sistemi yeniden başlat. (Hyper-V / Hypervisor devre dışı kalır.)
    • Ayrıca geçici olarak Core Isolation / Memory Integrity kapat:
      Windows Güvenliği → Cihaz Güvenliği → Core isolation details → Memory integrity kapat → yeniden başlat.
    • Mantık: Dump’ta hypervisor bayrakları ve VHF aygıtı görünüyor. Eğer bu kapatıldığında crash durursa, sorun hypervisor/VBS tarafındadır.
  2. Overclock/PBO/XMP/DDR5 frekanslarını geri al:
    • BIOS/UEFI’ye gir → CPU’yu varsayılan/stock değerlere çek (PBO/OC kapat).
    • Belleği JEDEC/default ya da DDR5 5200 MHz’e al (XMP/DOCP kapat).
    • Yeniden başlat ve normal kullanımda test et. (6000MHz bellek bazen stabil gözükse bile çekirdek kilitlenmeleri yapabilir.)
  3. BIOS ve chipset güncelle:
    • MSI desteğini kontrol et (anakart: MS-7E56) → 1.A82 sonrası hotfix/mikrocode varsa güncelle.
    • AMD chipset driver paketini güncelle.
    • BIOS güncellemesinden sonra tekrar test et.
  4. Sürücüleri ve Windows’u güncelle:
    • GPU, depolama, güvenlik/anti-cheat sürücülerini güncelle.
    • Windows Update’i tamamen uygula.
      • parti güvenlik yazılımı varsa (kernel bileşeni olan), test amaçlı kapat/çıkart.
  5. CPU ve RAM kararlılık testi yap:
    • CPU: Prime95 small FFTs veya Cinebench loop çalıştır → takılmayı yeniden üretmeye çalış, sıcaklık/voltaj izle.
    • RAM:Windows Memory Diagnostic veya MemTest86 (bootable) → birkaç tur çalıştır.
      • Hem 6000 MHz hem de XMP kapalı/stock değerlerde dene.

1. seçeneği uyguladım. 2. seçenekte PBO da sadece -30 co vardı zaten onu da Auto'ya çektim. 3.seçenekte 1.A84 güncellemesi gelmiş BIOS için onu güncellemesini yaptım. Windows güncel, diğer driverlar güncel. Şimdi test edeceğim. Sonuçlara göre güncelleme geçerim.

Güncelleme: Son BIOS güncellemesinden sonra aynı sorunu henüz yaşamadım. Belki PBO'dan kaynaklanmış da olabilir. Bir müddet daha bu halde kullanıp -25 co vererek tekrar deneyeceğim.
