BIOS Default konuma getir XMP kapalı olsun. Valorant, Riot Client, MSI Center, Spotify bunların hepsini REVOile kaldır, alttaki kod satırını CMD yönetici çalıştır sırayla yaz.

UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (7f)

Merhaba, yeni bir bilgisayar dizdim. Bilgisayar yükte çalışırken yani oyun oynarken arkada Spotify üzerinden bir müzik açtım tak diye mavi ekran vermeden kapandı tekrar açıldı. Ben pek takmadım ondan sonra Valorant oynarken tam mikrofon bastığımda bir daha aynı şekil çöktü. Birkaç kerede aynı şekil dırrrrr diye bir ses çıkartıp kapanıyor, tekrar açılıyor. Sorunun neden olduğunu tam analiz edemedim. Tecrübeli birileri yardımcı olabilir mi?
Spotify ve mikrofon basma detaylarını verme amacım bilgisayar üzerinde ses ile ilgili bir işlem yaptığımda çat diye çökmesi. Birkaç kere de normal olarak çöktü, o dump dosyalarını da ekledim oraya.

Ekran kartı sürücünü DDU ile temizle, yeniden yükle. Ekran kartları da ses sürücüleri barındırıyor çünkü.

2. dump dosyasında:
MSI Central Service uygulaması geçersiz bellek erişimi yapıyor sonrasında 0xC5 ACCESS_VIOLATION (Erişim İhlali) hatası geliyor. MSI yazılımlarını da Revo ile kaldır.
Yani Spotify haddi olmayan işlere burnunu sokmuş gibi düşünebilirsin. Olmaması gereken yere erişmeye çalışmış. Dolayısıyla da yığın taşması oluşmuş ve sistem çift hata diyerek BSoD vermiş. Spotify uygulamasını da kaldır şimdilik. Daha sonra tekrar yüklersin.
