@myprecious Bu VDD MISC sende 1.15 bırakmıştık. Onu 1.1V görüyor yine bir de. Misc olanı Auto çek olmazsa.

VDDP 1.1'den 1.15 deneyin.

Hata devam ederse tRCD 37 denenecek.
